Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for :

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier services

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Personalized or custom-made products
